EISA Bulgaria was established in 1992 acting as ship agent in Bourgas and Varna ports with its head office located in Varna.
In 1998 services were expanded and the company launched liner business by acting as representative for numerous shipping lines.

The year 2015 is a milestone for EISA Bulgaria, since it was nominated to act, until January 2024, as the exclusive representative of Hapag-Lloyd, one of the world’s leading container carriers.
